1. SCOPE AND PERIOD OF WARRANTY (5 YEARS)
- Periodic inspection after 3, 6 and 12 months from the date of acceptance to ensure the quality and function of the project are always stable
- For An Cuong industrial wood: CO-IDB guarantees up to 5 years for items using An Cuong industrial wood materials.
- Loose Furniture:
- Warranty up to 2 years for loose furniture products manufactured and supplied by CO-IDB
- For office chairs, the warranty period is up to 1 year.
- Fit-out interior items: Warranty according to the supplier’s own policy.
- MEP system: Warranty for 1 year from the date of acceptance.
2. LIFETIME MAINTENANCE POLICY
CO-IDB commits to lifetime maintenance for all products and construction items we carry out, to ensure stable operation of the project throughout its use. Periodic or on-demand maintenance services will be implemented according to the appointment schedule and actual condition of the project.
3. QUICK SUPPORT
- Respond to incidents within 48 hours from receiving notification from the customer.
- Emergency:Technical staff will respond within 1 hour and handle as soon as possible.
- Non-urgent: Received and responded to within 24 hours. Technical errors or incidents will be handled within 48 hours of confirming the information.
4. WARRANTY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIRD-PARTY EQUIPMENT
For equipment or materials provided by a third party, CO-IDB will assist customers in contacting the supplier, however, the warranty will be the responsibility of the product supplier. Customers please:
- Keep the original warranty card.
- Contact the manufacturer directly if you need specialized technical support.
5. CASES NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
- Products and items damaged by natural disasters, fires, electrical short circuits, or unexpected accidents during use.
- Customers arbitrarily disassemble, repair or make technical interventions without notifying or obtaining the consent of CO-IDB
- The product is used incorrectly, not in accordance with the instructions from CO-IDB or the recommendations of the equipment manufacturer.
- The equipment and products are not included in the warranty list attached to the contract or are not provided directly by CO-IDB.
- Worn, scratched, discolored and loose due to long-term use over time are considered natural phenomena and are not covered by the warranty.
- Products are deformed or damaged due to abnormal environmental conditions such as:
- Placed in an area that is too humid or too dry, and is exposed to water from surrounding factors.
- Invaded by termites, moths, rats, cockroaches, pets, and other insects from the outside environment and other sources of infection.
