PROBLEMS WHEN designing show unit Vista Verde Penthouse

Model design must be practical and replicable: As a high-end product, the penthouse should showcase refined aesthetics without being too unrealistic, so that customers can easily imagine applying the design in real life. Large space requires thoughtful zoning: While the expansive floor area is an advantage, it also poses a challenge in organizing the space to avoid emptiness or disconnection. Optimize high ceilings, lighting, and views: The design should skillfully leverage natural light and the penthouse’s signature panoramic views. Balance luxury, warmth, and modernity: The apartment should be luxurious enough to “wow” customers while remaining approachable and emotionally engaging.

Design proposals for each category

Co-IDB proposed an interior design solution in a Modern Luxury style, featuring a neutral and sophisticated color palette: creamy white, stone gray, warm wood brown, and subtle metallic accents. The space is open and interconnected across functional zones, while maintaining refined separation through the use of materials, lighting, and floor level variations.

Key Design Highlights

1. Living Room – The Heart of the Apartment

The living room features an open layout with full-height glass windows, a light beige L-shaped sofa, a pair of stone-top coffee tables, and a handwoven rug with subtle patterns. The wall behind the sofa is clad in dark veneer with horizontal metallic moldings, creating a sense of luxury without heaviness. A built-in TV unit with concealed cabinetry optimizes storage.

2. Kitchen & Dining Area – Luxurious and Functional

The U-shaped kitchen has lower cabinets finished in wood-grain laminate and upper cabinets in matte acrylic, with a white quartz countertop. A spacious kitchen island with an integrated stone bar and champagne-metal bar stools adds sophistication. The dining area features a six-seat table and an artistic cluster of blown-glass pendant lights as a standout focal point.

3. Master Bedroom – Personal Retreat

The master bedroom includes a beige textured leather king-size bed with a leather-upholstered headboard and vertical wood slats. Wardrobes have black aluminum-framed glass doors with built-in LED lighting. A wall-mounted vanity keeps the space sleek. Layered lighting creates a warm, customizable ambiance.

4. Secondary Bedroom – Versatile and Elegant

Designed to serve as a guest bedroom or home office, this room features a single bed with an integrated desk, and built-in storage cabinets to maximize space. A soft color palette of white, gray, and light wood enhances the sense of openness.

5. Bathroom – Minimal yet High-End

The bathroom features marble-effect stone, tempered glass partitions, and matte black modern fixtures. The built-in vanity has a solid stone countertop and an LED mirror with touch control. White and gray tones combined with golden accents give the compact space a luxurious feel.

6. Materials & Lighting Overall

The entire show apartment is finished with premium materials: marble, veneer wood, champagne-plated metal, velvet fabrics, and reflective glass. The lighting system is carefully planned to highlight materials while enhancing the emotional experience for users.
