Golden Gin Townhouse is another model home within the luxury DE Lagi resort complex. While it shares the same square footage as other units in the subdivision, it speaks an entirely different design language. This townhouse is crafted in a Modern Luxury style, specifically curated to appeal to a clientele that values prestige, class, and high-end amenities.

Design proposals for each category

Co-IDB proposed an interior design solution featuring a primary palette of beige, warm wood, and bright white. This is paired with soft, curved lines and minimalist furniture to enhance visual space and create a welcoming, gentle atmosphere.

Key Design Highlights

Unlike the open-layout villas designed primarily for vacationing, Golden Gin Townhouse follows a multi-layered luxury approach—where the space is gently guided by light, materials, and ceiling heights.

1. Living Room – Warm & Sophisticated

Designed with a soft modern aesthetic: featuring an I-shaped sofa upholstered in light cream felt, a white stone circular coffee table, and a minimalist floating TV console. The walls are accented with wooden fluted panels and abstract canvas art, while indirect cove lighting adds a sense of depth.

2. Kitchen & Dining – Neat & Functional

An L-shaped kitchen in white and wood tones, featuring solid surface countertops and integrated recessed handles. The 4-seater dining set is paired with a Scandinavian-style pendant light, casting warm light to foster family connection. Consistent wooden flooring throughout ensures a seamless transition from the living area.

3. Master Bedroom – Serene & Relaxing

The centerpieces are a silk-upholstered bed and a tall headboard combined with oak panels and exquisite wall sconces. The wardrobe features black aluminum-framed glass doors and a built-in storage system. Double-layered curtains provide precise light control, creating a private and cozy sanctuary.

4. Secondary Bedroom – Versatile & Adaptable

Designed for children or guests, this room utilizes a single bed and a multi-functional wardrobe integrated with a desk. A bright palette of beige, light blue, and pale wood creates a friendly atmosphere that easily adapts to changing needs.

5. Second Floor – Multi-functional Space

The top floor is designed for flexibility: a home office, a reading nook, or a serene yoga/meditation space. Large windows flood the area with natural light, complemented by acoustic materials and rugs to enhance relaxation.

6. Materials & Lighting Overview

Materials: Moisture-resistant laminate, oak veneer, solid surface stone, clear glass, burlap fabric, and matte metal.
Lighting: A smart combination of indirect lighting and spotlights is strategically placed to create a deep, soulful living space that transforms beautifully throughout the day.
