The reception desk is designed minimally with polished concrete, complemented by a wall-painted logo and pendant lights with warm yellow tones highlighting the VK Soho brand. The waiting area features long bench seating with decorative cushions, and slogan-covered walls create a creative atmosphere right from the entrance.

2. Open Workspace – Connected Yet Focused

Long tables or clusters for 4–6 people are arranged with low fabric partitions to maintain light privacy. Ergonomic swivel chairs and recessed floor outlets are conveniently positioned. A combination of ceiling track spotlights and desk lamps adds layered lighting across different zones.

3. Meeting Rooms & Small Meeting Spaces – Optimized for Flexible Group Collaboration

The large meeting room features a rectangular table, mid-back chairs, a projector screen, and a whiteboard. Small meeting rooms are separated by frosted decal glass panels or wooden slat partitions, ensuring privacy while remaining visually connected to the open space.

4. Individual Booths – High Concentration

Solo or video-call booths are compact, sound-insulated with acoustic fabric, equipped with neutral-tone LED lighting and comfortable seating, providing privacy and convenience for focused individual work.

5. Pantry & Relaxation Area – Fostering Community Connections

An open design with a high bar table, wooden stools, and functional upper and lower kitchen cabinets. The lounge area features fabric sofas, small round tables, and greenery for a cozy, inviting atmosphere. Wall panels are decorated with community images or idea boards to encourage interaction and networking.
