The floor is finished with polished tiles, and the ceiling features recessed gypsum with linear LED lighting, creating a professional yet welcoming atmosphere. -
Open Workspace
Workstations are designed in modules for 4–6 people, featuring powder-coated steel legs and MFC melamine tabletops. Half-height acoustic fabric partitions, lockers, and built-in storage shelves are installed. Electrical and network cables are routed under the floor to ensure both safety and aesthetics. -
Meeting Rooms
Large steel-legged meeting tables are paired with perforated MDF acoustic wall panels. Ceiling-mounted spotlights and LED strip lighting provide functional and ambient illumination. Tempered glass panels are decorated with brand decals, ensuring privacy while maintaining visual connection with the surrounding space. -
Pantry & Relaxation Area
The pantry features neatly arranged cabinets with light wood laminate and flexible movable furniture. Wall areas are decorated with subtle patterned wallpaper, branded artwork, and wall-mounted greenery to create a calm and inviting space for staff relaxation. -
Technical & Support Areas
The technical ceiling is constructed as an open structure with installed LED light fixtures and ceiling air conditioning. Functional rooms, such as server rooms and storage areas, are built using fire-resistant, easy-to-clean, and durable materials.
