PROBLEMS WHEN building 577 office

The 577 Office fit-out project was carried out by CO-IDB after the design phase was completed. The space initially featured finished tiled floors, a plasterboard ceiling, and an integrated technical system. CO-IDB manufactured and installed all interior furnishings according to the custom design, ensuring high-quality finishes, clean joints, sturdy construction, and enduring aesthetics.

Design proposals for each category

The space is divided into distinct zones while maintaining a coherent flow. The open-plan work area is organized in modular layouts, allowing flexible expansion as staff numbers grow. Transparent glass partitions maximize natural light and create an airy atmosphere. Meeting rooms and the executive office use high-quality soundproof materials, ensuring privacy while remaining visually connected to the overall space.

Key Construction Highlights

The materials used include moisture-resistant MDF with wood-grain melamine finish, tempered glass, artificial marble with cloud veining, acoustic fabric, and powder-coated metal accessories. The entire project was executed on schedule, faithfully following the design, and optimized for long-term maintenance costs.

Reception & Client Area

The reception desk features a minimalist design with white cloud-veined artificial marble, complemented by a backlit acrylic logo as a brand highlight. Seating for visitors includes gray upholstered chairs and a compact round coffee table. The back wall is finished with wooden panels and warm spotlighting to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Open Work Area

Workstations are arranged in clusters of 4–6, with acoustic fabric partitions and low storage cabinets. Ergonomic chairs and carpeted flooring reduce noise, while a suspended ceiling integrates neutral LED panel lighting. Wide circulation areas ensure easy movement and collaboration.

Meeting Room

The meeting room features a veneer wood table and mid-back upholstered chairs, equipped with projection, audio, and central spotlighting systems. Safety-glass partitions provide sound insulation while maintaining visual connectivity with the surrounding space.

Executive Office

The executive office is furnished more luxuriously than other areas, with a veneer desk on metal legs, PU leather swivel chair, and built-in storage cabinets. Additional elements include a round meeting table for visitors and a floor lamp emitting warm, ambient light.
