2. Open Workspace – Connected Yet Private

Work clusters for 4–6 people feature low sound-absorbing fabric partitions. Ergonomic swivel chairs and carpeted flooring help reduce noise. Neutral white lighting is evenly distributed, complemented by lockers and mobile storage units for personal use. Frosted glass panels provide gentle separation between work zones and corridors.

3. Meeting Rooms – Simple, Modern, Technology-Ready

Rectangular laminate-top tables with black steel legs and cantilever leather chairs. Wall-mounted screens with integrated mic and speaker systems for online meetings. Acoustic fabric walls and pull-down curtains allow light control. Smaller meeting rooms use glass partitions with frosted decals to maintain privacy.

4. Consultation & Signing Rooms – Formal and Trustworthy

4-person tables designed with veneer and glass surfaces. Comfortable seating, abstract artwork on walls in subtle tones. Well-soundproofed spaces with warm lighting create a safe and trustworthy environment for client meetings.

5. Pantry – Relaxation and Internal Connectivity

Open layout with a long bar counter, high stools, and wall-integrated kitchen cabinets in white and light wood. Coffee machine, microwave, and mini fridge are neatly incorporated. Walls are decorated with brand slogans, and warm pendant lights enhance a cozy and engaging atmosphere.
