INTERIOR DESIGN ETC OFFICE

The ETC Office is envisioned as a modern, bright, and high-energy workspace tailored for a young team in the tech and digital solutions sector. The overall design emphasizes openness, cross-departmental connectivity, and a cohesive visual experience. The layout includes open-plan workspaces, conference rooms, client reception areas, relaxation lounges, and auxiliary spaces—all strategically planned according to ergonomic spatial circulation.

Problems when ETC office construction

Poor Lighting & Dated Aesthetics: Low-quality lighting and an obsolete color palette diminished employee energy and weakened brand image. Fragmented Layout: The old space was compartmentalized, lacking connectivity, which hindered internal operations and effective teamwork. Unoptimized Workstations: Cramped areas with mismatched furniture negatively impacted the user experience. Lack of Brand Identity: The office failed to reflect the “Modern-Tech” spirit that ETC embodies. Ambiguous Circulation: Unclear traffic flow made it difficult for visitors to navigate between functional zones.

DESIGN PROPOSALS PER CATEGORY

The design focuses on spatial restructuring through an open-concept approach, creating a continuous circulation axis from the reception to the workstations. We refreshed the palette with a modern, youthful style, utilizing light-toned materials to enhance spatial depth. The design philosophy prioritizes Minimalism with Focal Accents, integrating natural light with architectural LED systems and synchronized furniture. We concurrently built a “Tech Identity” through textured wall panels, geometric forms, and directional LED lines. The total solution ensures: Visual Impact – Utility – Modernity – Sustainability.

LAYOUT STRATEGY & DESIGN HIGHLIGHTS

  • Principal Spatial Axis: A primary corridor connects the Lobby, Meeting Rooms, and Workspaces, providing clear orientation and elevating the “journey” experience.

  • Modular Workstations: Work areas are arranged in flexible modules to optimize floor area and support future personnel scaling.

  • Central Collaboration Hub: Lounges and collaborative zones are positioned centrally, serving as both relaxation spots and “spatial buffers” between focused work areas.

  • Visual Transparency: Meeting rooms utilize seamless glass partitions to maintain an open feel while enhancing visual connectivity across the floor.

  • Layered Lighting System: A combination of linear lights, downlights, and accent LED strips following the architectural lines creates a bold, futuristic effect.

COLORS – MATERIALS – BRAND ACCENTS

  • Core Palette: A blend of White – Grey – Tech Blue, accented by light wood tones to balance emotions and add a sense of approachability.

  • Materiality: Light veneer wood, tempered glass, grey artificial stone, and powder-coated steel. These sleek, smooth-surface materials ensure a clean, minimalist aesthetic and ease of maintenance.
