PROBLEMS WHEN design Citizen Pathway office

Citizen Pathway—an international educational organization—sought to develop a new office in Ho Chi Minh City with a focus on being open, modern, and reflective of a liberal and friendly spirit. The space serves a dual purpose: a productive workplace for staff and a welcoming environment for students, parents, and partners. Therefore, the design required meticulous attention to detail and a distinctive aesthetic identity.

CO-IDB organized the space into a seamless experiential journey. This begins with a welcoming lounge area featuring premium materials (natural wood, marble, and warm golden lighting), followed by a waiting area designed with the intimate feel of a high-end living room. Finally, this leads to the consultation and client exchange rooms, which are formally arranged and fully equipped with modern audiovisual and presentation systems.

Colors, Materials & Brand Accents

The design utilizes a neutral color palette of white, light wood, and blue, combined with warm lighting and “depth-rich” materials such as textured wallcoverings, plush carpeting, and wood veneers. This creates an atmosphere that is both approachable and sophisticated. Brand identity is subtly woven into the space through large-scale typography, curated art pieces, and interior details that are meticulously synchronized with Citizen Pathway’s corporate identity.

CO-IDB tổ chức không gian theo chuỗi trải nghiệm liền mạch, bắt đầu từ khu vực lounge chào đón với thiết kế nội thất với vật liệu cao cấp (gỗ tự nhiên, đá marble, ánh sáng vàng ấm), tiếp nối là khu phòng chờ mang cảm giác gần gũi như phòng khách cao cấp, và dẫn đến phòng giao dịch – trao đổi khách hàng được bố trí trang trọng, chuẩn chỉ với hệ thống thiết bị âm thanh – trình chiếu hiện đại.

Màu sắc – vật liệu – điểm nhấn thương hiệu
Thiết kế sử dụng bảng màu trung tính: trắng – gỗ sáng – xanh kết hợp ánh sáng vàng ấm và vật liệu có chiều sâu như vải dán tường, thảm mềm, gỗ veneer, tạo cảm giác gần gũi nhưng không kém phần sang trọng. Điểm nhấn thương hiệu được thể hiện thông qua typography bản lớn, các mảng tranh nghệ thuật và chi tiết nội thất được xử lý đồng bộ theo nhận diện thương hiệu của Citizen Pathway.
