Problems when Omni office design

Actual difficulties that customers encounter – In the initial survey phase, Omni encountered the following problems: – The current space is traditional office, not suitable for the creative and flexible work characteristics of a technology company – Lack of internal communication space and group working area, affecting the connection between teams. – The interior is disjointed, lacks uniformity and does not reflect the brand spirit. – Desire to create a professional but not rigid impression, suitable for receiving customers, international partners and internal pitching workshops.

Design proposals for each category

Co-IDB orients the interior design of the Omni office in the Tech Minimalism style – modern, flexible and creative. The space is divided into clear functional areas: concentrated working area – collaboration area – reception area – relaxation area, ensuring efficient operation but still inspiring creativity for staff.

Interior design

Omni office interior design is a problem arising from the need to create a modern, flexible working space that clearly reflects the brand identity. With limited space but requiring multi-functional integration – from reception, work, meetings to relaxation – the proposed solution is to organize an open layout, connect clearly and effectively utilize transitional spaces. Each area is cleverly separated by materials, light and color, instead of hard partitions – creating a gentle but logical flow of space.

In terms of emotion, the design aims to create a comfortable, creative and highly connected working environment. The balance between functionality and aesthetic quality is expressed throughout every detail. The space brings neatness, transparency but not rigidity; friendly but not losing the professionalism.

The overall space is a blend of minimalist design thinking and youthful technology spirit. This is not only a place to work, but also a place to inspire motivation, promote interaction and nurture internal culture – in line with Omni’s development orientation: creativity, connection and continuous movement.
