As a multinational enterprise, Cofco wants its new office in Vietnam to not only be an effective workplace, but also reflect a modern, professional spirit and be consistent with the global brand image.

Problems when Cofco office design

Some challenges during the implementation process: – The current space lacks connection, the separate working areas cause disruption in internal operations. – The premises have limited natural light, some areas are dimly lit, affecting the working spirit. – The interior is old, lacks uniformity, no longer suitable for the global brand image that Cofco is building. – High requirements for aesthetics combined with functionality, but still have to ensure a reasonable investment budget

Co-IDB oriented the interior design of Cofco office in the Modern Corporate style – modern, professional, minimalist but sophisticated. The solution focuses on reorganizing coherent functions, expanding visual space, enhancing user experience while still ensuring necessary privacy.

Colors – Materials – Brand Highlights

The office space is built on a modern minimalist mindset, with an open layout that optimizes connectivity and operational efficiency. From the entrance to the work area, every line is aimed at coherence and professionalism, creating a clear, neat feeling but not stiff.

The neutral color palette such as gray, white, combined with the intentionally used earthy orange accent, brings a feeling of trust, warmth and friendliness. The main materials include stone, wood, glass and sound-absorbing felt – both bringing high efficiency and creating an interesting visual contrast between hard and soft, between industrial and natural.

The design idea comes from the desire to create a working space that not only serves function, but also nurtures inspiration. Natural light is exploited to the maximum, combined with green trees and soft interior details to help balance emotions and reduce stress in the office environment.

The overall design is a blend of the rationality of a professional business and the emotion of a humane working environment – where people are the center, efficiency is the goal and the brand is subtly expressed through every detail.
