Although the reception area is smaller in the Vietnam office, it retains the brand’s signature red color and adds a touch of sophistication with natural light and premium furnishings. This well-planned office design ensures that even a compact space makes a strong first impression.

The work area is designed with a modern approach, making the most of open space while ensuring each employee has the privacy they need.
Co-IDB carefully arranged the desks to encourage communication and collaboration between departments. The management office serves dual purposes: a workspace and a meeting area. Co-IDB utilized transparent glass partitions to create an open, airy feel, allowing managers to easily observe and interact with their teams while maximizing natural light. The room’s design is both luxurious and minimalist, with high-end furnishings that build an ideal working environment reflecting the leadership’s style and the modern office design.

The spacious meeting room can accommodate up to 11 people, making it perfect for important meetings and conferences. Co-IDB built soundproof glass walls to ensure privacy while making the most of natural light, building a bright and inviting space. The room is equipped with modern amenities, including a TV, power outlets, and a sound system, to ensure that meetings run smoothly and efficiently. This well-appointed meeting room is a key feature of Headwin office design, providing a professional environment for hosting staff from the parent company or conducting internal discussions.
