577 is an investment company that values a clean, modern, and efficient office design. When they decided to redesign their office, they chose a minimalist style to reflect these values. Co-IDB was brought on board to build a space that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional.

Co-IDB embraced the minimalist style to meet 577’s needs. We began by selecting furniture and fixtures that were simple in build but multifunctional, optimizing both aesthetics and utility.

01 Smart Space
Utilization

Co-IDB focused on building the space efficiently, selecting only essential furniture and keeping the layout open and airy. By minimizing clutter and using simple, clean lines, the space feels much larger than it actually is, providing a comfortable environment for employees.

02 Elegant Minimalism

The design features a monochromatic color scheme with accents of blue and gold, aligning with the 577 brand. This minimalist approach is not only visually appealing but also highly functional, with each element chosen for its utility and contribution to the overall aesthetic.

03 Natural Light
and Elements

Co-IDB maximized natural light by incorporating large windows and strategically placed lighting. The use of natural elements, like greenery and wooden accents, adds warmth to the space, building a serene and inviting space that helps reduce stress and boost productivity.
